The Electronic Fund Transfer Act of 1978 is intended to protect individual consumers engaging in electronic funds transfers (EFTs). EFT services include transfers through ATMs, POS terminals, ACH, remote banking programs and remittance transfers.


This disclosure relates to your enrollment in eStatements/eNotices. It also includes a sample statement.


This policy helps you determine when money your deposit into your BTCU account will be available to you.


BTCU provides security on your deposit beyond $250,000. With ESI’s $250,000 of additional deposit coverage, members can get up to $500,000 of total savings coverage.
