Get quick account info with text banking from BTCU.

Text Banking allows you to quickly request and receive account information via text message anytime, anywhere, using your mobile phone.

  • Check balances on your checking, savings, certificates, loan and credit card accounts.
  • Receive e-Alerts and notices regarding balances, electronic deposits, withdrawals or when a payment is due.

Get started today!

  1. Enroll in Text Banking by click on the “Go Mobile” button inside Online Banking. .
  2. Select “Text Banking Home” to access the enrollment screens.
  3. Complete your enrollment and text commands to IM247 (46247).
BALTo get balances for all your accounts.
BAL [#]To get balances for a specific accounts, where {#} is the three-digit account suffix.
STOPTo cancel all Text Banking services.

e-Alerts can be setup through the e-Alert Subscriptions page in Online Banking.

BTCU does not charge a fee for Text Banking. However, carrier message and data rates may apply. Please check with your wireless provider for information about carrier charges on your mobile phone account and service plan.

Enroll Today

To enroll in Text Banking, you must first login to Online Banking using the standard login.

Once you have successfully logged in, select the Go Mobile link and complete the information.


PLEASE NOTE: If you do not receive an verification code, your mobile phone provider may be blocking third-party texts. You should contact your provider to allow third-party texts.


If this is the first time you are accessing the Online Banking system, your Username is your member number (account number).

If your temporary Password has expired, please call us at 763-315-3888 to reset it.

Monday – Friday: 7am – 7pm
Saturdays: 7am – 4pm

You will be required to change both your Username and Password after you login.
