It’s fast and easy. All you need is a touch-tone phone, your account number and your Personal Identification Number (PIN) to perform the following transactions:

  • Check balances.
  • Verify transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
  • Transfer funds between accounts.
  • Make loan payments.
  • Check current interest rates.
  • Change your PIN.

  1. Call 1-855-672-7087.
  2. Enter your member number (account number), then press the # key.
  3. Enter your PIN and press the # key. (If you enter your PIN incorrectly three times, your PIN will be disabled. Please call BTCU at 763-315-3888 to reactivate.)
  4. Select a menu option below that corresponds to the transaction you wish to complete. CU*Talk will guide you through each step.

To access Telephone Banking, call 1-855-672-7087.

If this is the first time you are accessing the Telephone Banking system, you will need to enter your member number (account number), then press the # key.

If your temporary PIN has expired, please call us at 763-315-3888 to reset it.

Monday – Friday: 7am – 7pm
Saturdays: 7am – 4pm

You will be required to change your PIN after you login.
