How much will it cost to make a stop payment on a check?

BTCU charges $35 for a stop payment request.

BTCU allows you to place a stop payment in Online Banking. Simply login and select the “My Accounts” link near the top of the page. Then select the “Check Stop Payment” link. Once signed in, just click “Self Service” and “Check Stop Pay.”
