How do I change my password to 10 characters or less if my current password has more than 10 characters?

If you’ve been using a password that exceeds 10 characters, simply login to online or mobile banking using just the first 10 characters of that password.

You may continue to use just those 10 characters, or once you’ve logged in, you can now change your password.
